These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the corporate marketing site at zenethpro.com and serve as the umbrella terms for Zeneth Pro LLC's properties and products. By accessing or using zenethpro.com or any Zeneth Pro property, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Zeneth Pro LLC ("Zeneth Pro," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability company. Zeneth Pro operates several products and properties, including:
Each Zeneth Pro product may have its own product-specific terms that supplement these corporate Terms. Where a product-specific terms document exists, it controls for activity on that product. These corporate Terms apply to anything not specifically addressed by product-specific terms and to use of zenethpro.com itself.
The Site is intended for use by adult business representatives. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you have authority to act on behalf of any business you reference in any submission, inquiry, or transaction.
Certain Zeneth Pro products require registration. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we reasonably believe are operated fraudulently, or that we are required to suspend by law.
You may use the Site to learn about Zeneth Pro and its products, request information, contact us, and access materials we make available. You may also use the Site in connection with a paid Zeneth Pro product to the extent permitted by the product-specific terms for that product.
You agree not to:
Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site and across Zeneth Pro properties, including text, graphics, logos, the "Zeneth Pro" name and mark, product names ("Zeneth UW Suite," "Zeneth Sites," "Zeneth CRM," and others), the visual design system, and the underlying code, is the property of Zeneth Pro LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages of the Site for your personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.
If you submit content to Zeneth Pro (for example, through a contact form, a demo request, a product trial, or a customer-hosted Zeneth Site), you grant Zeneth Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to the extent necessary to provide the requested service, respond to your inquiry, and improve our products. You represent that you have the rights to submit any content you submit and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
The Site and Zeneth Pro products may embed or link to third-party services, including hosting providers, analytics, font providers, payment processors, customer relationship management tools, affiliate partners, and others. Zeneth Pro does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, practices, or terms of service. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms.
Some pages on the Site introduce or link to independent partner suppliers, including research peptide laboratories, and may reference discount codes for those partners. Any peptides or related products offered by such partners are sold by the partner, not by Zeneth Pro, and are intended for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human consumption, veterinary, diagnostic or therapeutic use, and are sold only to qualified researchers who are 21 years of age or older. Zeneth Pro introduces and advises only. It does not manufacture, sell, ship, or set the terms for any partner product, and it makes no representation or warranty as to any partner product. Any purchase, and all decisions about the use of a partner product, are between you and the partner, and are governed by the partner's own terms, labeling, and applicable law.
Your use of the Site and Zeneth Pro properties is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Product-specific privacy notices supplement the corporate Privacy Policy for activity on those products.
By opting in through a form on our website, you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS) and phone calls from Zeneth Pro LLC at the phone number you provide. Message types may include customer service, appointment scheduling, account notifications, and marketing, and some messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP; after you send STOP we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. For help, reply HELP or email contact@zenethpro.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Supported carriers may include major U.S. carriers; carrier support is not guaranteed.
Information presented on zenethpro.com is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, financial, accounting, customs brokerage, underwriting, or any other form of professional advice. Outputs from Zeneth Pro products (including AI-generated analyses produced by Zeneth UW Suite) are provided for the purposes described in the product-specific terms and notices and must be reviewed by appropriate qualified professionals before being acted upon. We do not represent that any information presented on the Site or by our products is accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your specific circumstances.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE AND THROUGH ZENETH PRO PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZENETH PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.
Zeneth Pro does not warrant that the Site or any product will be error-free, free of viruses or harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ZENETH PRO LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY ZENETH PRO PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ZENETH PRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeneth Pro's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or any free Zeneth Pro product will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). For paid Zeneth Pro products, the product-specific terms may set a different liability cap, in which case that cap controls for that product.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zeneth Pro LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Site or any Zeneth Pro product, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or any information you submit through the Site or any Zeneth Pro product.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any Zeneth Pro product are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, the state and federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida, will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any matter not subject to arbitration. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any Zeneth Pro product that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Osceola County, Florida, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's award is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Zeneth Pro each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action with respect to any dispute under these Terms.
This arbitration agreement does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop the infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by law, we will provide more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site or any Zeneth Pro product after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site and the affected products.
